Damn, I can't choose between the two... To tell the truth, I liked the Genesis better when it was its time. I did because of the quality and speed of platform and action games it had, much better than the SNES ones. Sonic 3 & Knuckles was my favorite game for a very long time (I think it was until Sonic Adventure!) Now RPG is my favorite genre and the SNES 0wnz in 2D RPGs, being clearly superior to the Genesis in RPGs and RPG graphics and sound. Tales of Phantasia is probably my favorite 2D game, and I have yet to try Star Ocean and a few newly translated games. So all I can say is:
Genesis: Sonic 3 & Knuckles
SNES: Tales of Phantasia

Even though the ratio of good games over mediocre games is much higher for Saturn, PSX has way more games overall. It cant be helped.
